Meghana Lokesh is an Indian television actress from Mysore who works for Telugu serials. She became famous for her role in Sasirekha Parinayam as Sasi B. Tech. She got huge fan following from Telugu audience with Sasirekha Parinayam. Later, she continued doing Kalyana Vaibhogam, Raktha Sambandham.  She started her career as   theatre artist at the age of 8 and performed nearly 270 shows till her degree.
