Manoj father is an actor Mohan Babu and mother a homemaker Manchu Nirmala Devi. He has two siblings, an elder sister Lakshmi Manchu and an elder brother Vishnu Manchu, who also works for Telugu Film Industry. He got his bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. On May 20, 2015, Manoj married his girlfriend Pranathi Reddy after seeing each other for two years. Pranathi Reddy did her CCA in the USA and was a classmate of Manoj’s sister-in-law, Viranica.
