Sangeetha Devi Dundoo of The Hindu called Khanna an “celebrity with possibility”, while Hemanth Kumar of The Times of India said that she gave a “commendable” performance which helped the film somewhat. The movie was a commercial success at the box office. Her next Telugu movie was Joru directed Sushma Raj, Priya Banerjee and by Kumar Nagendra opposite Sundeep Kishan which she while shooting for Oohalu Gusagusalade and signed after Madras Cafe. She played the part of Annapurna whom Khanna described as a “modern yet traditional” girl who “is exceptionally emotive and cries at the drop of a hat”, which she called a precise reverse of the character of Prabhavati she played in her previous movie. Khanna got average reviews. Sangeetha Devi Dundoo of The Hindu saying that she supplies comfort along with Kishan, Brahmanandam and Saptagiri in a movie which was “let down by incoherent writing and amateurish performance”. A reviewer from IndiaGlitz opined that Khanna “seems good in a glam job but seems less than glamorous when compared with her previous appearance”. Joru was a commercial failure at the box office. Khanna’s next was Jil directed by debutante Radha Krishna Kumar opposite Gopichand, which she signed in early after the makers approached her considering her performance. The movie got mixed reviews in the critics. In the movie Shivam, she was signed in early May 2015. The movie got negative reviews from the critics and was an “total flop” at the box office. Opposite Ravi Teja for the movie Bengal Tiger directed by Sampath Nandi, she was signed in late December 2014. The movie opened to mixed reviews but was not commercially unsuccessful . It grossed ₹40.5 crore (US$6.0 million) worldwide and became the 8th highest grossing Telugu movie of the year. And finally became the largest hit in the career of Khanna. She is filming for the Supreme of Anil Ravipudi. Opposite Ravi Teja again for his next untitled movie directed by Chakri she was signed in February 2016.
