Anupama was born to Parameshwaran and Sunitha .Parameswaran joined Inner Space Little Theatre when she was in seventh grade. She’s smaller brother Akshay. Annapurna Parameswaran finished her secondary education from Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Irinjalakuda and higher secondary education from National Higher Secondary School. To CMS College Kottayam for additional studies, she went after that. After school dropped to acting that was pursued. Parameswaran debuted with Premam in Malayalam cinema that was a commercial success. According to Parameswaran, her character of “Mary” in the picture shifted her life. Her next movie was Kodi, her debut in Tamil cinema where she’s the female lead character opposite Dhanush.After forayed into Telugu business with a hand filled with jobs, She subsequently was in the Telugu remake of Premam. She was then in the Telugu file An Aa, playing the second female lead character along with Nithiin and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. In early 2016, she appeared in James & alice which had prithviraj and vedhicka in lead.
